At Imagin Bank, we want our application to be accessible to all people.

We work to comply with the accessibility standards for web content (WCAG 2.2, level AA) established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Below, we list the extent to which our website complies with the guidelines set forth in WCAG 2.2:

• Fully compliant with the requirement to avoid content that could trigger seizures.
• Fully compliant with the requirement that content is predictable. For example, users should know when the content of a page will change as a result of an interaction or always find navigation elements in the same order.
• Fully compliant with the requirement that content provides clear instructions for avoiding and correcting errors.
• Partially compliant with the requirement to allow content to be accessed with assistive technology tools, such as screen readers, while maintaining the same structure and information.
• Partially compliant with the requirement that content is distinguishable, that there is sufficient contrast between elements, that it does not rely solely on color to convey information, or that it allows text size or screen zoom to be increased without losing information.
• Partially compliant with the requirement to allow access to and interaction with all content using only the keyboard.
• Partially compliant with the requirement to allow the user to adjust or disable time limits when accessing content. For example, when consulting their card PIN, an image carousel, or content in story format.
• Partially compliant with the requirement to facilitate user navigation and interaction with content using assistive technology or via keyboard. For example, with a suitable structure for screen readers or with descriptive headings and links.
• Partially compliant with the requirement to provide users with ways to input data that are alternatives to the keyboard.
• Partially compliant with the requirement that content is readable and understandable.
• Partially compliant with the requirement that content is compatible with assistive technologies and keyboard navigation.

We are working in collaboration with Ilunion Accesibilidad S.A. to progressively improve the accessibility of this page. Below, we indicate the current areas for improvement:

• Not adapted to the requirement to provide a text alternative for any content that is in other formats, such as images, videos, or audio, for example. This is not necessary for content that is purely decorative.
• Not adapted to the requirement to offer alternative ways to obtain audio and video information, both pre-recorded and live. For example:
  • An audio track that describes and conveys visual information from a video, such as text or graphics.
  • Subtitles.
  • Transcripts.
