What is imagin?

Imagin is much more than an app to manage your money. We are an open community for everyone providing a space for culture, knowledge and entertainment.

In the app, you can request a card to pay for your shopping, obtain exclusive benefits from our partners, discover the latest trends in imaginLive, share expenses with your friends, and even take out phone insurance.

Are there any conditions?

To sign up to imagin, the only requirement is that you are a Spanish resident over 18 years old (with a Spanish ID or Foreigner's ID). If you are under 18 years old, we have the perfect app for you: imaginTeens.

How do I sign up?

First, download the imagin app from the Google Play Store (Android) or iTunes Store (iOS-iPhone). Once you have the app, register and create your login passwords. You do not need to open a bank account to access the app and enjoy the advantages of being an imaginer.

What do I need to sign up?

Signing up to imagin is simple and takes less than 2 minutes. Download the imagin app, complete the short form with your main details, and create your login passwords. And just like that, you're an imaginer!

How do I download the app?

You can now download the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or iTunes Store (iOS-iPhone). You can use the app on any compatible smartphone with an internet connection.

What is an imaginer user?

Just downloading and entering the imagin app makes you an imaginer! You will be able to get discounts and share expenses with your friends, among many other things.

What is a Reload imaginer user?

It's very easy to become a Reload imaginer. You just need to request a Reload card, with no fees, and you will automatically get better benefits. You'll get discounts on your favourite brands, and will be able to pay with your prepaid card without having to open a bank account.

What is an Infinity imaginer user?

To become an Infinity imaginer and get better benefits, you just need to open an imaginBank bank account with no fees. All sections of the app will automatically become unblocked. You will get access to all our products (insurance, loans, savings goals, etc.) and pro level discounts. You'll also be able to settle what's owed among your friends, send money in a click through Bizum, or pay with the card you choose.

What is the difference between being an imaginer, a Reload imaginer and an Infinity imaginer?

Just downloading and entering the imagin app makes you an imaginer! You will be able to get discounts and share expenses with your friends, among many other things. If you want to improve some of your benefits and get a prepaid card without any fees, become a Reload imaginer. But if you want to be at the top of the imagin universe and get access to absolutely all of the app's sections and products, become an Infinity imaginer!

What are the benefits of becoming an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank account?

If you open a bank account you will automatically become an Infinity imaginer. This means that all the benefits, discounts, services and products in the app will be unblocked. From this moment on, you will have access to exclusive Enjoy discounts, you will be able to share your expenses and pay your friends in imagin&Split, send money with Bizum and request any of our products.

How can I become a Reload imaginer and what are the benefits?

What can I do with the imagin app?

How much does the imagin app cost?

Nothing! There are no costs with imagin, so we won't charge you anything for enjoying its benefits. In fact, you will come out on top with all the discounts we have for you.

Can I connect through my computer?

You can only use a smartphone with the imagin app to access all your advantages and view your movements. The app lets you manage your money whenever and wherever you want.

On what mobile phones does imagin work?

The imagin app is compatible with all Android smartphones from version 6.0 and later.
It is also compatible with iPhone, iPad mini, iPod Touch (from iOS 11) and is optimised for all iPhones after iPhone 6.
