What is the Reload card?
This is a prepaid card, without any fees, that you can order without having to open a bank account. You can only spend whatever you top up, and if your balance runs out and you need more, relax! You can top up your card whenever and wherever you want from the imagin app.
You can use the card to:
- Pay in all shops around the world that accept Visa (except for a few motorways, parking metres and car rental companies).
- Buy online in the safest way.
- Ensure that your expenses do not get out of hand thanks to only being able to spend what you top up.
- Check your money and transactions performed through the app.

How can I request my Reload card?
You can request it in the 'Wallet' section of the imagin app.

Are imagin cards free?
Totally! There are no issuance or maintenance fees.

Who can request a Reload card?
Any Spanish resident over the age of 18 years old (with a Spanish ID or Foreigner's ID).

Do you need a bank account to request a Reload card?
As this is a prepaid card, you do not need to open a bank account to get the Reload card.

How and where can I top up my Reload card?
You can top up from:
• The imagin app:
Go to the 'Wallet' section, select the card you want to top up and click on 'Top up card'. Next, indicate how much you want to top up and enter the details of the credit or debit card you want to move the money from. A confirmation message will appear.
• A CaixaBank ATM:
Enter your card at a CaixaBank ATM and select 'Top up card'. Indicate how much you want to top up, ensure that all the transaction details are correct and select the option 'Credit, from the credit on the card'. Remove your prepaid card and enter the credit or debit card you want to move the money from. Enter your PIN and choose whether you want to top up the card by a debit or credit payment. Select 'Confirm transaction' and a confirmation message will appear.

How can I activate my Reload card?
You can activate the Reload card easily from the imagin app. Select your card in the 'Wallet' section. Go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Activate new card'.

What should I do if my card does not arrive?
Don't fret, it takes an average of 2-3 weeks to receive the card. If this period has already elapsed from when we told you we had sent it, contact us and we will check.

Why can I no longer see my Reload card under Wallet?
If you cannot see your Reload card in the 'Wallet' section, it may be because you cancelled it at some point and have not ordered a new one.
If you want to request a new card, email info@moneytopay.com with the subject line 'Request new card', including your full name, ID number and contact number that you provided to us the first time you requested a card. You will receive your card at your home address within 10 days.

How can I consult the transactions on my card?
You can consult the transactions on your card from the 'Wallet' section. Just click on the card and a new window will open showing your latest transactions.

What are the balance limits of my Reload card?
If you are a Reload imaginer, you can top up up to €250 per year on your Reload card. You can increase the limit to €5,000 per year if you validate your identity via a video call.

My Reload card has expired, how can I renew it?
MoneyToPay, the company that issues the Reload cards, automatically sends a new card one month before it expires.

How do you request a debit card?
To request a debit card, first you need to become an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank bank account. From this point on, you will be able to request any of our products, including a debit card.

To request a credit card, first you need to become an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank bank account. From this point on, you will be able to request any of our products, including a credit card.

How can I consult the transactions on my card?
You can consult the transactions on your card from the 'Wallet' section. Just click on the card and a new window will open showing your latest transactions.

Why does the balance on my card not coincide with the transactions performed?
If the money on your card does not coincide with the transactions you have performed, you probably have authorisations that are pending confirmation.
In this case, 2 things can happen:
• The store must confirm the transaction and the amount will be deducted from your balance within a maximum of 7 days.
• After 7 days the store cancels the transaction, and therefore the initial balance is automatically re-established.
These variations often occur with petrol stations, hotels, airlines and certain e-commerce stores.

How do I change my card PIN?
You can change your card PIN at any CaixaBank ATM by selecting the "Change PIN" option.

My card doesn't work. What do I do?
If your card is damaged, isn't working in ATMs or stores, or the number, expiry date or CVV are no longer visible, you can cancel the card using the imagin app.
Select your Reload card under the 'Wallet' section. Go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Block card'.

How can I cancel/block my Reload card?
You can do this easily in the imagin app: select your Reload card under the 'Wallet' section. Go to the 'Card options' menu and select 'Block card'.
To block it, you can also call 900 300 300 (+34 93 887 25 15 if you are calling from outside of Spain).
In both cases, you will be able to request a card replacement at the same time, which will be sent to the address you indicate within a maximum of 10 days.

What transactions can I carry out at an ATM?
You can access more than 9,100 CaixaBank ATMs in Spain with a personalised imagin menu to carry out multiple operations:
- Withdraw and deposit money.
- Send money to anyone.
- Deposit cheques.
- Check your balance and transactions.
- Change your card PIN.
- Change the language.
