  • What are the benefits as an imagin customer?

    One of the great benefits of being an imagin customer is that you don't need to have your salary paid into your account, a direct debit set up for your bills, or to use your card to avoid us charging maintenance fees for your accounts and cards. You do not need any type of link; you just have these benefits for being an imagin customer. With imagin cards, you have access to more than 13,000 ATMs in Spain and you can carry out transactions abroad with very beneficial terms for you.

  • What transactions can I carry out in the imagin app?

    At imagin you can carry out most banking transactions from your mobile phone, such as money transfers, transactions related to your cards, manage your bills, split expenses, apply for cards and loans online... You will also benefit from exclusive discounts from our partners and you will be able to access unique content and experiences.

  • How can I carry out transactions with my plans, funds and securities from the imagin app?

    You can view the position and balance of your products in the imagin app. If you want to carry out transactions with these products, you will have to log in to the CaixaBankNow app.

  • Can I be an imagin customer if I do not want to download the app?

    The best option as an imagin customer is to download the app; however, you can also log in via your computer. To do this, you must access the CaixaBank website and log in to CaixaBankNow with the imagin login details.

  • Where can I withdraw cash with an imagin card?

    You can withdraw money all over the world with imagin cards. You can withdraw cash on debit, free-of-charge, at any national ATM from the more than 13,000 ATMs that make up the CaixaBank network. You can also make cash withdrawals on debit, without fees, at more than 200,000 ATMs of other banks in the rest of the euro zone.

  • How do I register and obtain the imagin app password?

    The first thing you should do is download the imagin app. If you are a new customer, request online registration and choose your own passwords during the registration process. If you are already an online banking user at CaixaBank or Bankia, you can access imagin with the same passwords you used for your online banking service.

  • What should I do if I can't remember or have blocked my password?

    If you forget or block your passwords, don't worry, because you can recover them completely online. You only need to select the option "Recover passwords" from the imagin app login screen and follow the instructions.

  • How can I change my password?

    It’s very simple. If you want to change your password, go to the Settings menu and select "Change password".

  • Can I pay using my mobile phone from the imagin app?

    Of course. First, you must configure the mobile payment option by logging into the imagin app. Select the "Wallet" option and choose the charge card. Then, depending on your operating system, just click on the button "Download Mobile Payment" (Android) or "Add to Apple Wallet" (iOS).

  • How can I register for alerts in imagin?

    If you want to continue receiving alerts in your app, you must configure them again if you are coming from CaixaBank or Bankia. When you download the app, the system will automatically display a screen redirecting you to alert activation. You just need to follow the steps indicated to activate them. If you do not activate alerts on the first login, you can do so later by going to Menu > Settings > Manage alerts.

  • How do I update my details?

    For the app to work correctly, it is important to keep your personal details updated. You can update them through the "My profile" section. You can also include additional information through the Settings menu.

  • How can a card be temporarily frozen?

    Within the app, select the "Wallet" section and choose the card you want to freeze. Select the "Block card" option from the context menu.

  • What is imagin&Split?

    This tool allows you to manage a group's shared expenses, allowing you to automatically assign and calculate the expenses corresponding to each person.

  • Where do I go if I need to carry out a face-to-face transaction at a branch?

    You can carry out virtually all transactions through the imagin app or CaixaBank ATMs. However, if you need to go to a branch, you can go to any CaixaBank branch. Remember that if these transactions can be carried out through the app and/or ATM, but they are completed at the cashier's desk of a branch, they will have an additional fee of €2 per service used.

  • How can I contact imagin?
