Features

• Why are some features blocked?

  Some products and services are only accessible to Reload imaginers or Infinity imaginers. The description of each blocked product will explain what you need to do to access it.

•     I want to invite a friend to join imagin

  Share your friend code, which you will find in the imagin app, and invite your friends to join. You will receive a reward for each friend you bring!

• When will I receive my reward from the friend code?

  The rewards for bringing your friends are given out once the conditions are met. You can access them from the following link.

• How many friends can I invite with my code?

  You can invite all your friends who want to join imagin. You will receive a reward for each friend you bring!

• Can I pay with my phone?

  If your smartphone has NFC technology, you can use it to pay directly. To do so, you must first enable this feature in the "imaginPay" and "Mobile payment" option in the main menu of the app.

  If your phone does not have NFC technology, you can request a contactless sticker to attach to the back of your phone.

• What is imagin&Split?

  imagin&Split is a section of the imagin app where you can share expenses and settle up with your friends. Dinners, birthdays, trips, etc. Enter the expenses of each participant, and we'll tell you how much each person owes.  

  And if you have an imaginBank account, you can pay your friends instantly via Bizum.

• How can I join a group in imagin&Split?

  There are various ways to join an imagin&Split group:

  • From a link. A group user can share a link that you can follow to directly join the group.
  • From an access code. A group user can share a code providing direct access to the group.
  • From their list of contacts. A group user can add you from their contacts.
  • Using your phone number. A group user can manually add your phone number.
• Can I use Bizum within the imagin app?

  To use Bizum, first you need to become an Infinity imaginer by opening an imaginBank bank account. If you already have one, start to send and receive money easily.

• Does it cost to pay with Bizum in imagin&Split?

  No! Bizum is free of charge for all our customers.

• Why can't I use Bizum to pay for what I owe in imagin&Split?

  You can only pay a friend with Bizum if you have an imaginBank bank account. If you do not have an account, you can pay what you owe in cash or through another payment method outside of the application.
