• What is imaginTeens?

  This is the first financial app for young people ages 12 to 17, which they can use to manage all their money, make purchases on their phone, receive their pocket money and much more.

• What are the benefits of imaginTeens?

  imaginTeens allows you to manage your money and expenses in real time, receive your pocket money instantly on your phone, pay using your phone with a prepaid card and create personal or shared goals to start saving.
  You can get discounts in restaurants, experiences and technology just by having the app, and it also includes games and the #flashfinance section to learn about finances.

• What does the service include?

  With imaginTeens you can open a bank account with an optional debit card or a prepaid card with no fees. You can manage all of your money from the app.

• What ages is imaginTeens aimed at? Are there any conditions?

  The imaginTeens app is aimed at young people ages 12 to 17, both inclusive.

• What is imaginKids and what are the requirements?

  imaginKids is CaixaBank's value proposition for minors up to the age of 11. It consists of an account and an app on financial education and good money habits.

  The only requirement is that the minor is between 0 and 11 years old, both inclusive.

• How does imaginKids work?

  Once the account has been created, both parents and children will be able to enjoy the imaginKids smartphone app.

  In this app, parents will be able to:

  • Set goals associated with rewards. Validate completed tasks.
  • View and control your child's account at all times.

  For the children:

  • Content from their favourite channels: Boing, Club Super3, LaBanda and Hiru3.
  • Learn through play: Meet goals and receive rewards.
  • Win stickers! Collectible stickers when tasks and challenges are completed.
  • Rewards in augmented reality! And scratch and win games.
  • Customise Avatar: They can select one of the avatars in the app and change the accessories to create the latest look.
  • Educational content and games: Fun content to learn through play.
• How do I register a minor?

  The parent/legal guardian must go to their nearest branch with their DNI and the minor's DNI. To open an imaginKids account, it is not necessary for the parent/legal guardian to be a CaixaBank customer.

  The only channel for opening an imaginKids account is through a CaixaBank branch, as it requires the child's DNI to be scanned in person.
